Nope. We want you as a customer forever, but think the best way to make that happen is to give you a fantastic product and fantastic service, not lock you into a long-term contract.

Do my customers need to carry a loyalty card?

No way!! The last thing they need is one more card to clutter up their purse or fatten up their wallet. We're pretty anti-card around here.

Are there transaction fees or any other sneaky hidden fees?

Nada, we hate hidden fees too! Especially sneaky ones. If you choose to send out more than 1,000 texts per month, you'll just pay $.03 each. That's it, nice and simple!

How long does it take to install?

Short and sweet, 10 minutes or less. If you need help, our Customer Happiness team is available for a call or video conference to walk you through the install.

What if I need more than one kiosk?

No problem, lots of our customers do. We suggest one kiosk for each register you use regularly. Just let your FavoriteEats rep know and they will explain pricing options for multiple kiosks.

What does my setup fee include?

A FavoriteEats loyalty kiosk (stand, case, touchscreen tablet, cables, etc), a consultation to help you set up the perfect loyalty program, as much support as you need to get up-and-running.
